Hi, I’m Katy!

I’m a licensed therapist turned Creative Mindfulness Coach, as well as a singer/songwriter!

I’m also a life-long spiritual seeker and “old soul” who enjoys classic movie musicals (a la Judy Garland and Fred Astaire), folk-pop music (i.e. Indigo Girls, James Taylor, and Jewel), and vegetarian cuisine.

I guide busy individuals, groups, businesses and organizations in creative mindfulness practices to support them in managing stress, increasing joy, leaning into gratitude, and infusing creativity into their lives so they can thrive at home, at work, and out in the world.
