      -Explore the practice of self-expressive intuitive collaging through SoulCollage®. Create your very own oracle cards that reflect aspects of your self/your world. Learn how to work with your cards to access inner wisdom and self-compassion. 

    • Managing Stress with Mindfulness

      -Explore mindfulness practices you can creatively integrate into the workplace/daily life, and experience a centering guided meditation and a relaxing sound bath of crystal singing bowls, chime, gong, and ocean drum.

Retreats

  • 2.5 hrs to 2 days

  • Interactive, experiential, and completely curated to fit your group’s needs and goals.

  • Sample 2-day “Creative Ways Into Wellness” retreat schedule:

    • DAY 1

      • 9:00-9:30 AM: Check-in, welcome bag, nametag, schedule, coffee and tea.

      • 9:30 - 10AM: Morning session. Introductions, housekeeping, reflecting on retreat theme, setting intentions, and setting the tone for the weekend.

      • 10:00AM - 12:00 PM: SoulCollage® Session #1: Introduction to the method, card-making and sharing.

      • 12-1PM: Lunch

      • 1-1:45 PM: Free time! Prep for forest bathing.

      • 1:45-3:30PM: Guided Forest Bathing session outside

      • 3:30-4:30PM: Check in to rooms/ more free time 

      • 4:30-6pm: SoulCollage® Session #2

      • 6pm-7:15pm: Dinner/break

      • 7:15-8pm: Sound Bath
