Vision Boarding & Art Journaling

Each moment, you have the opportunity to paint a stroke of reactivity, fighting and resisting, or to choose to create music, singing and dancing with the joy of being fully alive, awake, and open.

Practicing mindfulness is training for the marathon of life, building our creative muscles and aligning our core rhythm, intuition, values, intention, and vision as we embrace our truth from within.

TESTIMONIALS

Katy is a kind, creative soul who makes you feel important and seen. As someone who doesn't consider creative workshops with strangers within my "comfort zone," I felt a little unsure about what to expect from a vision boarding experience. However, Katy created a welcoming atmosphere from beginning to end. I felt safe enough to share some difficult inner struggles that to my surprise, others shared as well. And best of all, the process of making a vision board was actually fun! Now, I have a visual reminder of what I want to focus on this year, and the confidence to move forward... which is so much more meaningful than any New Years resolution.

We had a wonderful evening of vision boarding with family in lieu of a typical happy hour. Katy provided our group of sisters and moms with a platform for thoughtful discussions and discovery. The evening was fluid and organic, but she kept us on track so that we would feel accomplished with completing a portion of our vision boards. A refreshing and inspiring evening with a few surprises about each other's priorities and goals, it left us feeling more connected and motivated.
